Vodka Twister Fizz

Ingredients: 3 parts vodka
3 drops Pernod
top up ginger ale
1 egg white
1/2 teaspoon sugar syrup
1 lime slice
5 ice cubes
juice of lemon
   
Directions: Put the ice cubes into a cocktail shaker. Pour the lemon juice, sugar syrup, egg white, pernod and vodka over the ice and shake. Pour into a highball glass and top up with ginger ale.
   
Serves: 1
