Pousse Café

Ingredients: 1/2 oz. grenadine
1/2 oz. Yellow Chartreuse
1/2 oz. Creme de Cassis
1/2 oz. creme de menthe (clear)
1/2 oz. green chartreuse
1/2 oz. brandy
   
Directions: Starting with the grenadine and adding each ingredient in the order given, pour the liquors slowly and carefully over the back of a teaspoon into a pousse café glass so that each one floats on top of the last one in layers.
   
Serves: 1
