Ingredients: 1 cup Coffee
1 oz. Amaretto
1/2 oz. brandy
1 tbs. cream
   
Directions: Pour amaretto into coffee and stir well. Float cognac on top, using the back of a spoon, and top with a generous portion of whipped cream.
