The Seth Allen is a very simple and very classy mixed drink. Simply add the Captain Morgan's to the ginger ale, stir, and serve on the rocks. The flavor is sweet caramelly smooth, yet surprisingly alcoholic. Perhaps what amazes me the most about the Seth Allen is that it can be mixed so strong while still tasting so smooth.
