Ingredients:
1 part brandy
1 part kahlua
2 teaspoons cream
milk
2 teaspoons sugar syrup
10 ice cubes
1/2 teaspoon instant coffee
1 egg
Directions:
Pour 4-5 ice cubes into a cocktail shaker. Pour in the brandy, kahlua, cream and sugar syrup and then add the beaten egg, coffee and 125ml of milk. Shake well for 45 seconds. Put the remaining ice cubes into a tall glass and pour in the mix.
