6 oz. pineapple juice
1.5 oz. Coconut Milk
2.5 oz. white rum
Directions:
Blend as above, garnish with a red rose as described above. To make coconut milk: Scald some milk. Let it cool somewhat. In a blender, blend in as much fresh coconut meat as possible. Let the mixture cool in the fridge. Squeeze thru cheesecloth.
