To drink properly, take pineapple in our teeth from shot glass, eat, then chase with shot. It's called hand gernade for three reasons: 1) Hand gernades are often called pineapples. 2) You pull the pin with your teeth, as some people do with gernades. 3) You get blasted...duh!
