2 parts brandy
1/2 part blue curacao
1/2 part pineapple juice
3 drops angostura bitters
5 ice cubes
Directions:
Put the ice cubes into a mixing glass. Shake the bitters over the ice and add the pineapple juice, curacao and brandy. Stir until frothy, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Decorate with a spiral of orange rind.
