Captain's Colada

Ingredients: 0.5 cup ice cubes
3 oz. pineapple juice
1 oz. Creme de Coconut
1.25 oz. white rum
   
Directions: In blender, combine Captain Morgan, coconut, pineapple juice and ice for 10-15 seconds. Pour into goblet. Garnish with a pineapple spear, if desired.
