1 oz. irish cream
1 oz. butterscotch schnapps
1 oz. Goldschlager®
0.25 oz. sambuca
1 dash Nutmeg
Directions:
Shake and strain Irish Cream, Butterscotch, and GoldSchlager into a cocktail glass. Float no more than 1/4 oz of Sambuca on top. Present cocktail to customer, and flame the Sambuca. Sprinkle nutmeg over flaming drink. The nutmeg will sparkle when it hits the flame, creating a dazzling presentation.
