2 oz. gin
1 cup Ice (crushed)
2 squirts lemon juice
2 tsp. honey
Directions:
The crushed ice should be added first, followed by the honey. Stir the mixture ass you pur the gin on top, which should be realtively chilled. Add the squirts of lemon to your liking, and place a wedge over the rim, if desired.
