Ingredients: 4 cream
0.25 Gal. Vanilla ice cream
4.25 oz. dark rum
   
Directions: In a blender combine all ingredients and 1/2 cup of toasted shredded coconut. Blend until smooth. Pour into a chilled cocktail glass. Sprinkle with more toasted shredded coconut. Enjoy. Makes approximately 3 servings.
