3 parts gin
1/2 teaspoon sugar syrup
5 ice cubes
juice of lime
1 egg white
Directions:
Put the ice cubes into a cocktail shaker. Pour the lime juice, sugar syrup, egg white and gin over the ice and shake until a frost forms.
Strain and serve with grated lime and a lime wedge.
