1 part white rum
ginger ale
2 parts pineapple juice
1 lime slice
1/2 lime
4 ice cubes
1 teaspoon sugar syrup
Directions:
Cut the lime into 4 pieces, put them into a blender with the pineapple juice, rum, sugar syrup and blend until smooth. Put the ice into a hurricane glass or large goblet, pour in the drink and top up with ginger ale.
Decorate with the lime slice.
