Ben's Orange Cream

Ingredients: 3 parts gin
1 part Cointreau®
1 part cream
1 chocolate flake
5 ice cubes
1 tablespoon sugar syrup
   
Directions: Put the ice cubes into a cocktail shaker. Pour the Cointreau, cream and gin over the ice. Add the sugar syrup to the gin mixture and shake until a frost forms.
Pour into a large glass and decorate with a chocolate flake.
   
Serves: 1
