3 parts golden rum
top up soda water
1 part cream
juice of 1/2 lemon
5 ice cubes
1/2 teaspoon sugar syrup
juice of 1/2 orange
Directions:
Pour the ice cubes into a cocktail shaker. Pour the lemon juice, orange juice, rum, cream and sugar syrup over the ice. Shake then pour into a goblet. Top up with soda water. Decorate with an orange and strawberry slice on a cocktail stick.
