2 parts cream
1 part creme de cacao (dark)
1 part Frangelico
4 parts ice cubes
1 part Strawberry Schnapps
Directions:
Place all ingredients into a blender.Blend until thick and creamy (loose)Serve chilled.For a Hard Moose, add a teaspoon of gelatine prior to whipping. Chill for 10-15 minutes. Whip vigorously until stiff.
