6 cloves
1 orange
75 Red Wine
0.5 cup sugar
1.5 cups water
Directions:
Stud orange with cloves and bake in 350 oven until skin is browned., Quarter orange and place in a heavy saucepan with water and sugar. Bring to a boil, dissolve sugar and reduce heat. Simmer for 20 minutes. Add wine and heat until the mixture is hot.
