Creole Coffee Ice Cream Punch

Ingredients: 0.5 cup bourbon
3 cup Coffee
6 egg
1 cup Vanilla ice cream
1 cup Coffee Ice Cream
0.5 cup sugar
   
Directions: In bowl, beat eggs at high speed until slightly thickened. Gradually add sugar, beating until mixture is smooth and very thick. Add coffee and bourbon; mix thoroughly. Pour mixture into punch bowl. Spoon in ice cream; stir well.
   
Serves: 1
