3 parts gin
3 drops Pernod
top up ginger ale
1 part lemon juice
4 ice cubes
1/2 teaspoon sugar syrup
1 egg white
Directions:
Put the ice cubes into a cocktail shaker. Pour the lemon juice, sugar syrup and gin over the ice. Add the egg white, then the pernod and shake until a frost forms. Strain into a chilled old fashioned glass, top up with ginger ale and serve with a straw.
