2 Fifths Applejack
1 pint white rum
1 pint Peach Brandy
1 pint lemon juice
1 cup brandy
1/2 cup Maple Syrup
2 l. 7-UP
1 l. soda water
1/2 apple
Directions:
Prechill all ingredients and pour applejack, rum, peach brandy, brandy, lemon juice, and maple syrup into a chilled punch bowl with a large cake of ice. Stir well, adjust sweetness and pour in soda. Stir gently and garnish with apple slices.
