Ingredients: 2 oz. vodka
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tsp. Powdered sugar
1 tsp. water
Twist of peel of orange
   
Directions: Dissolve powdered sugar in mixture of water and juice of lemon. Add vodka. Pour into an old-fashioned glass over ice cubes and stir. Add the twist of orange peel and serve.
