Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz. tequila
1 tsp. Pernod
1 tsp. creme de menthe (clear)
1 lemon rind
   
Directions: In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine the tequila, Pernod, and creme de menthe. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with the lemon twist.
