Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz. white rum
1/2 oz. Sherry
1/2 oz. lime juice
Ice (crushed)
4 oz. ginger ale
1 lemon rind
   
Directions: In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the rum, sherry, and lime juice. Shake well. Strain into a collins glass almost filled with crushed ice. Top with the ginger ale. Garnish with the lemon twist.
   
Serves: 1
