Jersey Toddy

Ingredients: 1 tsp. honey
Hot water
Several Dashes angostura bitters
3 oz. Applejack
lemon rind
cinnamon stick
   
Directions: Put honey in a warmed, heat-proof mug and add enough boiling water to dissolve honey. Add bitters, applejack, and fill with boiling water. Garnish with lemon peel and cinnamon stick.
