Ingredients: 4 oz. Hot Cocoa
2 oz. brandy
1/2 oz. creme de cacao (dark)
2 oz. cream
   
Directions: Pour the hot chocolate into an Irish coffee glass. Add the brandy and creme de cacao and stir. Pour the cream carefully over the back of a teaspoon so that it floats on top of the drink.
