Frozen Brandy And Rum

Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz. brandy
1 oz. Light white rum
1 tbs. lemon juice
1 tsp. Powdered sugar
1 egg white
   
Directions: Combine all ingredients with 1 cup of crushed ice in an electric blender and blend at a low speed for a short length of time. Pour into an old-fashioned glass and serve.
   
Serves: 1
