Ingredients: 1 oz. Light white rum
1 oz. creme de cacao (dark)
5 oz. Chocolate Ice Cream
1 tbs. Sweet Chocolate
   
Directions: Combine all ingredients (except chocolate shavings) in an electric blender and blend at a low speed for a short length of time. Pour into a chilled champagne flute, garnish with chocolate shavings, and serve.
