Bay Horse

Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz. whisky
1/2 oz. Pernod
1/2 oz. creme de cacao (dark)
1 oz. cream
1/4 tsp. Nutmeg
   
Directions: In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the whiskey, Pernod, creme de cacao, and cream. Shake well. Strain into an old-fashioned glass almost filled with ice cubes. Garnish with the nutmeg.
