Applejack Rum Cooler

Ingredients: 1.5 oz. dark rum
0.5 oz. Applejack
2 tsp. lime cordial
2 oz. soda water
   
Directions: Pour all ingredients except Soda into shaker. Fill a tumbler almost full of ice cubes, and dump ice into shaker. Shake well and pour drink into tumbler. Add Soda, stir well, garnish with a Lemon Wedge, and serve.
   
Serves: 1
