2 dashes angostura bitters
3 drops blue curacao
1 oz. brandy
1 fill soda water
1 oz. whisky
0.5 tsp. sugar syrup
1 dash Pernod
Directions:
Fill a mixing glass with ice and add all ingredients except club soda. Shake and strain over ice into a glass. Fill up with club soda. Stir with a bar spoon coated with powdered sugar.
