Brandy Ice

Ingredients: 1.5 oz. brandy
1 Chocolate
0.5 oz. Creme de Cacao (white)
2 scoops Vanilla ice cream
   
Directions: Put all ingredients except chocolate in a blender with 2 oz. of shaved ice and blend until smooth. Pour into a large brandy snifter and garnish with shaved chocolate.
   
Serves: 1
