3 parts white rum
dash of blue curacao
3/4 pineapple juice
top up lemonade
1 orange slice
Ice (crushed)
Directions:
Get a pint glass, fill it with crushed ice. Put in 3 measures of white rum and fill 3/4 with pineapple juice. Shake. Top up with sparkling lemonade. Dribble on lots of Blue Curaco all over the foam so it looks like a frozen lake. Add the orange slice, add straw (and possible umbrella).
