Queens Park Swizzle

Ingredients: 1 1/4 oz. Spiced Rum
lime
1/2 oz. sweet and sour
1/2 oz. sugar syrup
3 mint sprigs
   
Directions: Squeeze lime and drop shell into 14 oz. glass. Add 1 mint leaf. Add shave ice and remaining ingredients, except mint. Stir until glass is frosty. Garnish with remaining mint leaves.
   
Serves: 1
