1 tbs. brown sugar
Small lemon rind
cloves
cinnamon stick
2 oz. dark rum
1 oz. creme de cacao (dark)
Pat butter
Nutmeg
Directions:
Put brown sugar into a warmed, heat-proof mug with peel studded with cloves and cinnamon stick. Pour in a little boiling water and stir until sugar is dissolved. Add rum, creme de Cacao, and fill with boiling water. Stir and top with butter and grated nutmeg.
