Ingredients: 1/2 oz. white rum
1/2 oz. martini bianco (dry)
1 dash angostura bitters
1 lemon rind
   
Directions: In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine the rum, vermouth, and bitters. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with the lemon twist.
   
Serves: 1
