1 tsp. Coconut Milk
Coffee
1 oz. dark rum
1 oz. brandy
orange rind
1 Generous Tbsp. Vanilla ice cream
Pinch Cinnamon
Directions:
Pour coconut syrup and hot coffee into a large, heat-proof mug that has been rinsed with hot water. Stir until syrup is dissolved. Add rum, cognac, orange peel, and ice cream float. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
