1 part vodka
1 part peach schnapps
dash of galliano
1 part banana liqueur
1 part grapefruit juice
2 teaspoons cream
1 part mint sprigs
Directions:
6 cubes of ice in a cocktail shaker, add vodka, peach schnapps, galliano, pineapple juice, 2 teaspoons of cream and a generous splash of creme de bananes. Shake well. Serve in a tall glass, decorate with mint sprigs, straws and parasols.
