Coffee Royale

Ingredients: 4 oz. Coffee
1 tsp. sugar
2 oz. brandy
2 oz. cream
   
Directions: Pour the coffee into an Irish coffee glass. Add the sugar and stir to dissolve. Add the brandy and stir. Pour the cream carefully over the back of a teaspoon so that it floats on top of the drink.
   
Serves: 1
