Chocolate Mountain

Ingredients: 1.5 oz. white rum
0.5 oz. creme de cacao (dark)
0.5 oz. kahlua
1.5 oz. cream
   
Directions: Fill a shaker half full with ice cubes. Pour all ingredients except Kahlua into shaker and shake well. Strain drink into a cocktail glass. Drop the Kahlua in the center of the drink. Presentation is important.
