Ingredients: 1 oz. brandy
2 oz. champagne
0.5 oz. sweet and sour
   
Directions: Pour Brandy and Sweet and Sour Mix into shaker. Fill a Collins glass almost full of ice cubes, and dump ice into shaker. Shake well and pour drink into Collins glass. Add Champagne, stir well, garnish with a Lemon slice, and serve.
