2 cups white wine
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 cups milk
2 cups cream
grated nutmeg
4 egg white
5 tablespoons lemon rind
Directions:
Mix Wine and lemon. Stir in 1 cup of sugar. Let stand until sugar dissolves. Mix milk, cream, and wine mixture. Beat until thick. Beat egg whites until stiff, add 1/2 cup of sugar and continue beating until egg whites very thick. Pour in rest.
